I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Hanoi's old quarter next to Hoan Kiem lake. The rooms were stunning, clean, and quite spacious. The service was top-notch, from organizing day trips to ensuring our comfort. The dining experience was fantastic with a variety of delicious options. The facilities were excellent, especially the gyu-don dishes! The only downside was the slightly higher pricing compared to other options in the area, but it was definitely worth it for such a wonderful experience.
